This multi-country report compiles the insights from the national studies carried out in order to drive the development of advocacy strategies to improve the offer of services in the five countries covered by the programme. The report aims to underscore trends and similarities in the status of HIV services and pinpoint areas to be targeted by community-led monitoring mechanisms in their actions.
